HOW ARE YOUR T-SHIRTS PRINTED?

All SHADEOGREY t-shirts are printed using state-of-the-art screen-printing processes and other apparel embellishment techniques, including soft-hand inks, water-based inks, specialty inks, foils, and flocks.

 

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SHADEOGREY T-SHIRTS? WILL THEY SHRINK?

The best way to care for your t-shirts is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them with cold water. Generally, cotton shrinks when it is washed and/or dried. Since all t-shirts have some percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. The greatest amount of shrinkage occurs when the t-shirt is washed in hot water and dried on the hottest dryer setting. For the least shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry.

 

THE INK ON MY SHIRT IS INCONSISTENT. IS THIS A DEFECT?

If the ink is inconsistently printed on the seams or collar of the t-shirt, this is due to the nature of the design and print technique. THIS IS NOT A DEFECT. However, please do not hesitate to send an email to sup@shadeogrey.com with pictures of your product’s areas in question for further assistance.

 

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE OR BULK PRICING?

Yes, but we screen the companies who are interested in carrying SHADEOGREY products. We want to make sure that SHADEOGREY is a good fit for the companies with which we work. If you would like more information, please contact us and include some background information about your shop/company. Retailers are required to have a physical, brick-and-mortar location to be considered for approval. Retailers that are exclusively internet-based will not be considered.

 

DO YOU PRINT YOUR OWN SHIRTS?

No, at the moment we focusing on design and leave the printing to the professionals.

 

WHAT TYPE OF PRINTING PROCESS IS USED ON YOUR APPAREL?

All our t-shirts and hoodies are screen printed. Most of the shirts are printed with water-based or discharge ink which leaves an extremely soft print. A few may use t-shirt vinyls and some plastisol to get desired bright white print. Check the product pages for the specific type of printing for each individual product.

 

WILL THE PRINTING FADE?

Because we use soft water-based ink on most designs, some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will hold up for lots of wear and washes.

 

CAN I PAY FOR YOUR MERCHANDISE ONLINE?

Yes, you can make purchases online through Paypal and Paynow. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD both local and international Debit and Credit Cards as well as local Debt Cards from CBZ, POSB, CABS, FBC Bank, Tetrad and ZB Bank. We also accept Mobile Payment Platforms like Ecocash and Telecash. Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of customer information is a responsibility that SHADEOGREY takes very seriously. SHADEOGREY is a verified Paynow merchant with a BuySafe function that protects you the buyer. We’ve designed our website to protect the information you provide us over the Internet.

 

DO WE OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Yes, we do! Our electronic Gift Certificates are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address. The recipient of an electronic Gift Card will receive an e-mail with a Gift Certificate code redeemable online only.

Yes, all of our designs are SHADEOGREY originals, but we do feature designs from other designers. Please drop us an email for further details.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn shirts can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. PAYNOW FAQ

IS THIS SITE SAFE?

The Paynow site is highly secure. We use industry-leading technology to keep your information safe. We automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. Our servers are regularly scanned for vulnerabilities and malicious code.

 

ARE MY CARD DETAILS STORED?

Paynow does NOT log/store any Credit Card Numbers, Expiry dates, CVV or PIN on our systems. All secure credit card data entered is encrypted over another channel directly to the bank’s processing facility.Neither the buyer nor the seller can see the other partys credit card or bank account information.

 

WHAT WILL APPEAR ON MY MERCHANT?

The description on your statement will appear as “PAYNOW” or “WEBDEV” and may include the name of the Paynow Merchant. All payments are processed in USD so exchange rates are set by Visa and MasterCard. If you wish to query any transaction on your statement, please email support@paynow.co.zw

 

BUYER PROTECTION

Paynow operates an escrow-type service called Buysafe to protect and reassure buyers. Buysafe protects the buyer by ensuring that the payers funds are only disbursed to the Merchant once the buyer is satisfied that the goods have been delivered or service has been rendered. The Merchant must make a delivery declaration to after which the buyer is afforded a 24-hour window to dispute delivery via a simple process on the Paynow website.

Where a dispute is registered by a buyer, the Merchant may elect to return the buyers funds by reversing the transaction or may challenge the buyer by providing acceptable Proof Of Delivery. If the Merchant and buyer are unable to resolve the matter directly, they may request mediation through Paynow. In complex cases, Paynow may refer the matter to an external body for independent arbitration.

Buysafe is enabled by default on all paynow sellers and may only be disabled by Verified Merchants. Verified Merchant status is reserved for sellers who have been through a stringent process to verify their identity

 

IS MY MONEY SAFE? WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT GET MY GOODS?

Depending on the merchant Paynow uses a delivery escrow service. The escrow service holds your payment in a Paynow holding account until the merchant has confirmed the goods are delivered at which point you will be notified by email and SMS (if you are a registered user). You have 24 hours to dispute the transaction if the goods are not received in good order. If a transaction has been disputed Paynow will initiate third party mediation to resolve the dispute. Please note mediation may incur costs to the customer or merchant.

If the merchant does not make use of the escrow service, or you elect to bypass it and acknowledge delivery has already happened, or the 24 hour dispute window has expired, Paynow cannot mediate any disputes and you will need to resolve the issue directly with the merchant. Please check the transaction details at the confirm payment stage as to whether the merchant is using the escrow service or not.

 

BUYER RATINGS

The buyer gets the opportunity to rate and review the seller’s service for all transactions over $20. Check previous ratings and whether the seller has Buysafe enabled. SHADEOGREY is a Verified Paynow Merchant.
