All deliveries will be done within two to five working days for domestic shipping after checkout or purchase. International orders require additional time (varies per country). If for any reason we are unable to deliver the product, we will issue you with a full refund. In cases where there’s a delay while products are in transit, we cannot issue you a full refund until we get verification from the carrier service. Products received by our couriers should be checked before being signed for. If the exterior packaging or the product is found to be damaged you must then sign “checked and found to be damaged”. If you fail to do this we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement .
Delivery & Returns
If you’d like to exchange something for a different size, or if damaged or defective in any way, then claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in. Exchanges for a different size will be treated as a return, and shipping will be charged again upon re-shipment. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
The SHADEOGREY online store prides itself on the accuracy and turnaround time of our products. All sales are final, however exchanges will be honoured up to 7 days from when the product was received. Upon return, store credit will be issued, of which shipping costs are not applicable, and no refunds are accepted. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
We highly recommend that you insure the package and / or send it with delivery confirmation. Should we not receive your return, we cannot issue a credit. Credits on returns will be issued to the original account only and to the value of the merchandise. Be sure to email us when you’ve sent the return so we can keep an eye out. When enquiring about an order or a return please include the order number and the original email address with which the order was placed.n
